Our support service features unlimited job requests. You submit the tasks and our WordPress developers and specialists will process them one at time.

What types of jobs are included in your monthly subscription service?

We can do any basic, 30 minute WordPress tasks. Here are some examples of jobs we do. We can help with more complex issues and advanced support needs on a project basis, which will be billed separately from the monthly subscription.

How long does it take complete a job?

We strive for a one day turnaround.

Do you require a contract or commitment for a certain number of months?

No. Your subscription is month-to-month and you can cancel at any time.

Are there setup fees?

No. There are no setup fees or other hidden charges.

Do you offer a risk-free, money back guarantee?

Yes. We’d hate to see you go but if you’re not happy for whatever reason, you can cancel your first month’s service within 14 days for a full refund.

How many jobs can I request at a time?

You can submit as many requests as you like. We will queue up your requests and work on them one at a time, in the order received. If you submit a subsequent task that needs to go to the head of the queue, please let us know.

Do you support multiple websites?

We definitely can! Our monthly subscription plan covers one WordPress website. However, if you need support for additional sites, you can sign up for an account for each.

Do you have an affiliate program

Yes! Affiliates will earn 15% of the client’s monthly subscription fee for as long as they remain a customer. Please click to learn more and apply to our affiliate program.
